I like to sing, i think that singing is more relative to speed and distance then it is to velocity and displacement. When I am singing i have to follow along to a certain tempo or speed but sometimes the speeds change and you have to return to a tempo or the original speed. Distance is not really incorporated into singing but the way i get to choir class is! I have to travel through the hallway to get to the choir room so i have to travel a certain distance to get there.
Test Questions:
1. What makes distance different from displacement?
A: Distance is different then displacement because distance indicates no direction as displacement does indicate a direction.
2. What is the difference between a vector and a scalar?
A: A vector shows that there is a direction and a scalar shows there is no direction.
3. What is speed measured in?
A: Speed is measured in seconds.
I think that i understand all of the concepts pretty well and i understand how to use them in problem solving.
