- When I rides like the gravity rides i feel very heavy because it is exerting positive G's on you which pin's you down to the wall. Yes an object can be weightless when it is in free fall because you are always falling to the strongest gravitational force. An object is weightless when no gravity is acting upon the object.
Test Questions:
1. NLUG
Conceptual: What does Newton's Law prove to use about any 2 objects?
A: NLUG says that any 2 objects have a gravitational force.
2. NLUG
Determine the force of gravitational attraction between the earth (m = 5.98 x 1024 kg) and a 70-kg physics student if the student is standing at sea level, a distance of 6.38 x 106 m from earth's center?
