week 7

I think the hardest thing for me to do in physics is the calculations. It is hardest because when i read the questions i sometimes do not read everything correctly and then some of my data is incorrect. If i start reading it more thoroughly  i will fix this mistake. I also think it would help by using the GUESS method ALL the time and just not some of the time it would make things less confusing and more organized. Independently i can do the reviews and see what i am messing up on repeatedly and fix my mistakes. When working in groups i could have everyone do a problem and then we could compare answers ensuring that everyone understands how to work out the problems. In class with my teacher i could ask for help when i do not understand and i could also pay more attention and spend less time staring off in to space and doing other things while he is teaching.

Test Questions:

1. An airplane accelerates down a runway at 3.20 m/s2 for 32.8 s until is finally lifts off the ground. Determine the distance traveled before takeoff.

A: d= 1720m

2.  You are looking up at the top of a tree that is 10 m apart from you. If the tree is 15 m taller than you, at what angle are you looking upward?

 A:    56.3 degrees

3. What is the final velocity of a car that accelerated 10 m/s2 from rest and traveled 180m?

A: 60m/s

The paragraph i just wrote is about my problems and how i am going to fix them.
