Blog #4 - energy transformation

An activity i do that converts into energy is eating! When I eat food my body can produce mechanical energy for when i need to use my muscles. Food is converted into carbohydrates, or glucose, it flows throughout the bloodstream, cells absorb the food and then it is used to fuel the body.
